Dre is a physiotherapist with a strong background in movement, rehabilitation and exercise based care. She holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the University of Notre Dame (2017), along with degrees in Exercise and Health Science (2005) and Exercise Rehabilitation (2006) from University of Western Australia. She has also completed her pilates training through STOTT Pilates Academy.
Dre has worked across a variety of setting, including hospitals, sporting clubs and pilates studios. She is experienced in managing both acute and persistent musculoskeletal conditions with a particular interest in complex pain presentations.
Committed to ongoing professional development, Dre has most recently completed training in the non-surgical management of the shoulder, the NOI Group’s Explain Pain course and dry needling.
Dre believes that effective physiotherapy begins with listening. She strives to ensure every client feels heard, understood and supported through a thorough assessment and a tailored treatment plan designed around their individual goals. Dre enjoys helping people of all ages and activity levels, whether they’re returning to sport, recovering from injury or simply want to move with greater confidence and ease.
